6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NextMatch.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will secure you an observership position or that all generated emails will receive responses. The effectiveness of emails depends on many factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextMatch.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost opportunities or damaged professional relationships.

8. Account Termination
